The Role
Reporting to the Technical Manager, this in an interim role to assist the organization during a busy period.Assisting in the preparation of all finished product specifications from development recipes, on both web based and internal specification systems.
·Specifically you should be familiar with web based systems, ideally
·Hamilton Grant and Morrisons Enterprise
·Input of recipe, nutrition and raw material specification data.
·Requesting raw material specifications.
·Maintaining raw material specifications library
The Person
·Previous experience within food processing / manufacture
·Experience of web based specifications system
·Awareness of nutrition, food tolerance, allergens.
·Good organisation and administration skills
Would suit specifications technologist - graduate with industrial placement involving specifications / nutrition - NPD technologist with specifications experience
