In order to provide you with the best possible employment opportunities, specific to your needs, we need to process certain information about you. We will only ask for details that will help us to help you, such as your name, contact details, educational background and employment history, generally in the form of a cv. In line with local laws and requirements we also require proof of your right to work and may request diversity information and details of any criminal convictions.

- Personal data provided by you as an individual upon submission of a cv, either in response to a job advert or by uploading it to our website and any subsequent updates you provide us with.
- Through third party sources such as job boards or Linked In whilst we are searching for potential matches to roles we are recruiting.
CLIENTS
There are two main ways personal data is collected:
- From you directly.
- From online resources and offline media.

CANDIDATES
We store the data you have provided on our database, assessing this data against opportunities we are recruiting and contacting you to establish your interest in suitable vacancies. Detailed, up to date information is essential in ensuring we provide you with the most suitable opportunities. Your details will only be sent to a third party after we have discussed this with you and gained your express permission to do so.
CLIENTS
As a client we will collect and use data about you and your company in order to provide effective candidate matches for your organisation during a recruitment process or to assist Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) companies in the provision of candidates to your company. This information is essential in order for us to fully brief potential candidates prior to submission of their details.
We may also send you details of an individual who we are representing and has specifically expressed an interest in your company /area or has skills that you have indicated are of interest previously. You may opt out of receiving such information at any time by responding to the email or contacting us at info@rp-ltd.com
WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR DATE WITH?
CANDIDATES
We will share your details with prospective employers in order to maximise your prospects of securing your next career move, this may be through a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Company engaged by an employer to undertake their recruitment on their behalf. We will always gain your permission to submit your details prior to doing so and will inform you if this process involves an RPO Company.
CLIENTS
We will share your information with prospective candidates to ensure they are fully briefed during the recruitment process.
It is necessary, from time to time, to share your details with our IT consultants during the testing and development of our business technology systems, they comply with similar undertakings of privacy and confidentiality.
In the event that we have not had any significant contact from you, we may delete your data after a period of two years, unless legally required to keep it (e.g. for legal obligations in relation to tax).
ACCESS
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you at any time and can update or modify it at any time. Indeed, the more up to date your information, the better placed we are to help you.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT
