The Role
Reporting directly to the Site Technical Manager, and responsible for a team of auditors:
• Demonstrate to customers a working knowledge, understanding and audit programme of their policies and standards.
• To assist in the management and development of robust HACCP principles
• To support the site technical function
• To ensure compliance to the BRC standard
• To ensure that the policies and procedures in the quality manual meet legal responsibilities and the expectations of our customers together with their codes of practice and audit standards
• To ensure that the contents of the quality manual is transferred through the business to enhance knowledge.
• To develop a HACCP system that is understood at all levels through the business and meets the requirements legally, and those of BRC and customers.
• To share best practice understanding through the business as a result of robust auditing and corrective action programmes.
