Manufacturer of a wide range of dairy products including long life milk and creams, extended shelf life products, flavoured milks and milk powders.
Our client is the UK's largest producer of cheese, supplying all major food retailers, food processors and food service organisations. Formed in the year 2000, they employ around 1,250 people and in 2007/08 generated a turnover of over £520m.
Boasting a simple company structure they have a Consumer Products division which encompasses Cheese, Milk and Creams and an Export business. Additionally there is a Milk Trading and Membership division which manages milk logistics, the milk powder and butter producing, and provides administrative and technical services to suppliers
