The Role
• Management of labour, material waste and equipment performance to agreed budgets
• Demonstrate Leadership to your team in all aspects of Food safety and Quality requirements
• Actively promote a Health and Safety culture within your team
• Ensure that your production teams deliver customer service levels at agreed target levels
• Ensure that Training and Development plans are in place, and that they are actively reviewed
The Person
• Educated to degree level or similar
• Previous experience of working in a FMCG environment
• Coaching & Problem Solving Skills
• Understand & ability to interpret data
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
• Lean Manufacturing techniques experience
• Capability to lead and motivate
• Self-motivated and highly flexible.
