The Role
A newly created position following growth within the organsiation. An experienced Manager with at least 15 years experience at a supervisory level, ideally within a food manufacturing environment. Duties to include
Overseeing all aspects of production and packaging
Develop and streamline the existing operational management
Introduce and develop lean manufacturing techniques into all aspects of the business.
The Person
Ideally you will have:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Happy to work at grass routes level in a hands-on role
