They are committed to producing the highest quality products and control every aspect of production.
The Role
Working in a fast paced packaging plant you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of a number to packing lines to ensure all orders are met on time and to quality standards. Responsibilities include;
Management of shop floor staff to include timekeeping, disciplinaries and general staff performance.
Ensure Health & Safety and Quality guidelines are met at all times.
Promote a culture of Continuous Improvement, leading to improved efficiency levels
Work closely with engineering, IT and NPD department, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the area.
The Person
Confident Production Manager, must be able to take full responsibility for all day to day shop floor activities.
Hands on manager with strong people skills required.
Experience of Retail Packing Plant essential
Short Shelf Life experience preferred
