Sales Support Executive – 884452
The Role:
- First receiver for all incoming calls to the business building close relationships with all partners
- Provide excellent customer experience for all callers whilst capturing enquiries and assisting sales process
- Process sales and samples
- Support RM, ASM & SAM with admin for a territory
- Handle inbox overspill
- Resolve any issues for customers/partners in the territory
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls to the business
- Actively open up and record any opportunities from customers for the territory and allocate to SAM
- Process orders, sample, stock requests for territory
- Provide technical advice FTR
- Resolve any product issues or advise of changes to orders FTR 95%+
- Pro-actively engage with visitors to the website on Live Chat messages
- Investigate and process customer complaints and returns requests proactively
- Activate Warranty requests for territory
- Improve the quality of data in the CRM by updating contacts and data on Sales Force for territory
- Continuously improve product/job knowledge/sales skills through learning opportunities
