Quality Auditor – c£32000 – 884417

Overview:

  • Working with the Technical Manager and other Departments to develop and maintain the on-site Quality Management System, upholding accreditations and complying with the current BRC and customer standards
  • Acting as a member of the HACCP team, directly involved in HACCP implementation and review
  • Carrying out compliance activities: checking, investigating, responding, recording and reporting
  • Carrying out QMS internal audits and inspections as required
  • Ensuring all requested technical data is analysed and reported on: daily/ weekly/ monthly/ annually
  • Supporting and advising on any NPD projects

 

 

The Person:

  • A collaborative team player, with a passion for quality, an eagle eye for detail and who eats problems for breakfast
  • Previous experience of working as a QA, ideally in a food manufacturing environment
  • Qualifications in HACCP, COSHH or Health & Safety
  • Experience with writing and enforcing standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
  • A focus on safeguarding the quality, legality and safety of our product

Experience:

  • Quality Assurance: 2 years (required)
  • QMS: 2 years (preferred)
  • Internal audit: 2 years (required)
  • Food Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)
