The New Product Development team, based in South Wales, is the linchpin to their Customer Success story. Without this dedicated team of experts creating new recipes, refining old ones and looking at more innovative and sustainable ways to do things they wouldn’t be able to put smiles on customers faces across the globe.
The Process Technologist is our investigator, the person who is thorough in the detail, follows every step of the process and reports back on successes, failures and the “don’t change what you are doing” moments. All of their work ensures that manufacturing processes are established, clearly defined and optimised for consistency and quality.

The Position
- Provide accurate concise product information by supporting the Commercial, Production, Technical and Planning teams with new product launches
- Generate and collate accurate information, reporting on new product development from kitchen samples through to full scale production
- Support innovation and improvement plans for existing products, in line with business objectives What are we seeking?
Qualifications:
Food Safety Level 3
HACCP Level 2
Project Management skills, utilising a range of problem solving methods
Experience of food manufacture and legislation
Experience of carrying out customer trials and maintaining the critical path method
Experience gained from within Process, Technical, Development or Operations
Collaborative interpersonal skills Are you ready to come be Paw-some
