HR Administrator – 884269 – Full or part time

This is a 3 month contract but,  as the company are expanding,  there may be other opportunities that will present themselves

The Role:

HR Admin

Attend employee meetings (probation reviews, absence reviews, disciplinaries etc) to note take
Using templates sending invite and outcome letters
Issuing operative employment contracts using templates
Processing annual leave requests
Updating employee databases

Operative recruitment

Preparing starter packs
Attending/leading recruitment sessions
Completing right to work checks
Offer letters
Internal communication of new starters and vacancies
External communication of current vacancies to agencies
Posting job adverts and responding to applicants

General day to day office duties

Answering the phone
Filing
