B2B Marketing Manager – Up to £30000 DOE – 884409

The Marketing Account Manager (B2B) role is responsible for driving the company’s sales, reputation, presence and awareness among existing and potential accounts –using all appropriate marketing channels and working in partnership with the Sales team.

 

  • Plan, execute and evaluate all B2B campaigns
  • Plan and execute a comprehensive contact strategy for each key customer segment
  • Ensure Pardot/Salesforce are set up and being optimised effectively for activity and reporting
  • Maintain and update customer databases and website profiles
  • Lead the development of all selling tools, point of sale and display
  • Manage the development, production and distribution of B2B marketing materials
  • Drive the development and Partner uptake of the Company Expert program
  • Support the Sales team with the effective implementation of events
  • Lead the development of LinkedIn as a B2B channel
  • Facilitate the sourcing of case studies, testimonials, imagery and other content from our partners and projects, as well as internal content from other Woodpeckers
  • Plan and manage the B2B budget
  • Content creation including design and copywriting
  • Effectively evaluate all activity with clear insight and recommendations
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
  • Ad hoc support and administration for one-off requests, projects and activities
  • At least 1 day/week spent in store and/or with the sales team – direct contact with partners
  • Champion the Company Partner Program and facilitate the consistent implementation of it (specifically POS and the brand instore presence)
  • Develop new B2B strategies in line with the sales teams to further partner engagement and realise their potential (e.g. audit forms)
  • Actively promote and support the “They Ask You Answer” strategy for B2B, leading in the creation of content from our partners
  • Collaborate with the Sales merchandisers to ensure clear understanding and consistency across all installations & training

 

  • A passion for engaging directly with partners/customers
  • Experience of
    • setting up and running campaigns in Pardot/Salesforce (or similar)
    • using InDesign, Photoshop and other design software (desirable)
  • Experience of developing and sourcing printed, promotional and display materials
  • Experience in directly interacting and collaborating with customers
  • Demonstrable growth mindset, keen to learn and self-improve
  • Able to work cross functionally, good at stakeholder management, collaborative and strong relationship builder
