The role: ?Participate in food panels ?Involved in food safety issues, ensuring compliance ?Dealing with customer complaints and finding acceptable resolutions ?Handling non-conformance issues ?Auditing Raw materials ?Accurately recording on to internal systems ?Identify product/process/raw material improvements ?Participate in HACCP/process control teams. The successful candidate will have: ?Degree/HND qualified in a food related discipline ?Understanding of the fundamentals of food processing ?Sound knowledge of HACCP. ?Strong interpersonal skills ?Innovation, with a logical and systematic approach to problem solving
