The Role
An opportunity to join a successful management team in driving the business further forward, you will be a commercially aware individual with a demonstrable track record of working with the major multiples.
You will be an innovative, strategic problem solver, able to identify opportunities and create effective solutions
·Actively research customer's business so as to be better placed to develop new processes and win new business.
·Actively seek new business opportunities with existing clients.
·Work to minimise costs and risks to maximise income
·Identifies and pursues strategic marketing opportunities.
·Inputs positively to the overall business plan.
·Will negotiate most favourable contractual and financial terms and conditions with clients and suppliers.
·Benchmarks costs against competitors
·Communicate with customers to promote the image of the business and to win new business.
·Actively works to improve the flow of information and communication across the business.
·Includes contingency allowances in negotiated fees/costs
·Will communicate and influence others to promote and adopt change.
·Perceptive of customer needs and otherexternal influences
·Good commercial judgementand evaluates risks
·Promotes discussion to facilitate a solution when disagreements arise
