The RoleOur client is looking an Interim H&S Manager whilst they recruit a permanent H&S leader internally.The interim will be required to coach, mentor and develop the internal candidate to the required level.
You will need to demonstrate you have operated at a strategic level that can set a ‘vision' of where health and safety should be.Additionally you will be required to produce a 3 year plan identifying how the organization will get there and develop the internal candidate to be able to deliver this plan.
The Person
They are seeking someone who has operated at a senior level who has substantial business experience. You do not necessarily have to have a pure H&S back ground as the company are more concerned with being able to set the vision and coach and develop the internal candidate.
The ability to influence key stake holders at a senior level will also be a key skill required.
