The Role
Reporting in to the HR Manager you will take responsibility for liaising with the workforce, collating information and maintaining databases to enhance labour control. Additionally you will be involved in training staff in the new procedures alongside the training department
The Person
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision and will need to have exceptional people skills, excellent organizational qualities and strong IT literacy.
This role would suit someone who has studied a HR related qualification, has a sound understanding of HR practices and has underpinned this either with practical experience.
