The Role
You will have responsibility for all technical issues on site:
Sourcing and purchasing component product for a diverse and complex product range that is extensive in terms of individual product offering
Review existing supplier relationships and commercial terms
Source new and develop relationships with suppliers, negotiating competitive commercial terms
Responsible for a 6 million spend
The Person
Ideally you should be:
• A graduate in food science or purchasing related
• Have a background in food manufacture
• Demonstrate large volume component purchasing skills
• Ideally have knowledge of proteins

Graduate with placement experience or experienced buyer
