The Role
Overall operational activity on this large site with key responsibilities as follows:
• The development of large cross functional teams across the business
• Oversee all aspects of man management and planning activity
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Budgetary control
• Set and monitor KPIs across departments
• Play a leading role in the acquisition of new equipment
• Manage and facilitate company interaction with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
The Person
• A background in food manufacturing is essential preferable high risk
• The ability to demonstrate a broad commercial and operational expertise
• A key driver of change with excellent man management skills you will have an in depth knowledge of lean and modern manufacturing techniques and practices
