The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a go getting individual to make their mark on an organization and function within that organization. Whilst the position has complete management support there is sufficient autonomy for innovation, leading and motivating a team with new ideas whilst consolidating present processes.
Leading a team of packing staff who are working within a high volume output environment the Retail Packing Manager will receive ongoing training.
The Person
Ideally this role will suit a graduate with a science degree who wishes to build a career within the food industry. You will also have had experience of working within a commercial environment all be it as a work placement as part of a degree
