Michelle is Back!
A key member of the team at Resourcing Partnership, Michelle has returned to work from a year on maternity leave following the birth of her third son, Samuel. As part of the expansion strategy for the business, Michelle will be involved with the further development of business within the food sector throughout the UK.
Michelle’s return has made an impact to both the team, new and existing clients as her primary focus has been to ensure that clients who work with Resourcing Partnership on a regular basis or are keen to do so on an ongoing basis, enjoy preferential terms for the forthcoming year. Whilst Resourcing Partnership’s standard terms are very competitive, Michelle is finding that in this economic climate clients are welcoming discounted terms in return for an instruction as a vacancy arises. Michelle is stressing to clients that we would not ask for exclusivity just the opportunity to present a shortlist for each vacancy as it arises.
